Powder city has quite a few interesrptung rcs at good prices. Will give a few things a try on their menu. Tianeptin sounds interesting. Sounds like something to enjoy in extreme moderation.
Always nice to try something different.

Like anything you will develop a tolerance eventually and you will get wd. They are pretty unique and managable but totally unpleasant which is expected. I take around 50 mg x 10 times a day or something at the moment. Because of the short half like(only lasts for 3-4 hours max) you are sure to wake up most mornings in a light wd because you sleep around 8h. Its just something you deal with, personally the trade off has been very much worth it for me. But do not listen to anyone who says it doesn't exist its a trade off. Im sure most of us already know that and like myself are fine accepting it![]()

Suggest you all read this thread I participated in, very good information to get an idea what heavier users have to say. I'm Mishman7 poster on reddit! And to clear things up, i'm not in anyway condoning Tian because I love it, but do not be fooled about heavy usage! This is iop though Im sure we know the deal. !!
Excellent advice, Mishman7... Do you have any experience with a low dosage of Tianeptine?

Wow, Mish... I just finished reading the reddit thread that you recommended. The dosage levels referenced therein were over-the-top nuts! Taking table salt at those levels would cause serious metabolic issues.
While certainly cautioned by the article, I wonder if, in context, it might be unfairly damning of a reasonably safe and effective drug taken at or below the recommended dosage levels?

Any others following this thread have input or experience with Tianeptine to share?

50 mg a good dose? Ordered this to try as well based on your reviews.
Again sounds nice for an occasional change of pace.

Recommended therapeutic dose is 12.5mg up to 3 times a day due to short half life.
Probably best to start there to see how you react to it...

Thanks lecter, much appreciated. Got it today will try it out within a few days and give a review. Didn't get choline to go along with it but I may if I find tianeptine enjoyable.

Always better to start slow and measure the effect on your specific metabolism...

Ok so tried tianeptine today. Awesome thing to have around. Very similar to opiate experience. Felt great, back pain gone for 2 hours solid. Slow decrease after that.
Dosing very difficult as it is extremely hygroscopic. So anything that stuck to my fingers or wet surfaces I took instead of washing it down the sink. My guess, about 60-70 mgs.
Highly recommended to P.K. Lovers who would like to cut usage down. It's a perfect replacement. This really works.
I believe phenibut will too, I just have to increase the dosage to find the "sweet spot."

I started low, 12.5, but didn't feel anything until I got up around 100. I've taken all the way up to 200(+/-) at a time with the only noticeable down side being more words found their way to the tip of my tongue but never made it out of my mouth. I don't know what that's all about, but pretty frustrating, especially when taking with new clients that you came highly recommended to and now you're the professional that doesn't even know the career specific lingo. I prefer, as it seems most do, smaller doses several times a day, like between 60-120.
As far as taking with 5htp goes, I gave it a try before Mish wrote his words of warning, and actually found it to be quite pleasant. The tianeptine that I once thought was from a bad batch was now good. I also tried with both choline and 5htp and had a nice experience too. But maybe I just got lucky, I don't know.
Every up has it's down, and as probably most of us here have come to accept this fact, I haven't noticed much down with tianeptine. Everyone's physiological/physiological baseline is different and after perusing several forums discussing WDs from various substances I've come to realize that I'm one of the fortunate few who WDs just don't hit that bad. But I'm sure it doesn't hurt that I live far outside the box and am very optimistic about life in general.
Has anyone tried combining central nervous system stimulants with tianeptine and/or phenibut?
