What I can tell you about Restoril is that 1) it's super expensive relative to other benzos, and 2) it's one of the most addictive benzos. So I am only taking it if it is for free from a friend. I think that most of the European brands are pretty good. Strangely enough, the "name brand" ones seem to be the worst. Go figure.

Thanks for the reply! I don't take them every night when I do have them but they are one of the top sleeping meds I have ever had.

Just checked macro they do indeed have restoril strips, didnt check price. And maltese is correct at the ashton benzo help site i read a study on people in Scotland were using 80 jellies a day. Even i look at that and cringe

TTM has the jellies, although they are VERY expensive. Obviously, I wouldn't suggest ordering from them at this time.
Novartis should be fine, I've never had a bad product from that firm.
The generics I get at CVS (prescribed) are 15mg capsules, with instructions to take 1-2 as needed. One does absolutely nothing for me, but two get me to sleep just fine.

I've never tried. But, heard that it is the one of the big guns for benzos. My friends that have used it all swear by it for sleep. Even people I know with high Benzo tolerances.
Teddy, let us know when you try

They are pricey but pretty nice. I recently acquired some of the Novartis 30's and was pleased with the quality.

In my experience, restoril is trash. I used to get them for sleep, but extremely weak.
But, I've also never had the jellies, and I know those are supposed to be the real deal and much better than regular temazepam.
I've just never known where to get them...
Good luck to all and
Regards
J
