You are correct. All if allowed to dissolve under your tongue are instant release. I have posted about this in other threads.
There are plenty sustained/extended release though besides just the triangles.

I wouldn't try the Indian CR Alprazolam. I have been having problems finding full strength zolpidem from that country even.

I've had so many different kinds of alprazolam and Ksalol is in my top 3 for sure.
Op, if you're looking for an extended release benzo why not try Valium?
