I was reading about a product that can be purchased in health food stores.  It is a solution containing the word "wood".  I think it came from trees in Jamaca.  Anyone know what I am talking about.  Thanks.

Buttons  - If its natural and sold in health food stores, why the hesitancy to mention it on this thread?
I think you mean jamaican dogwood. Not the other type of dogwood, just the jamaican variety. Yes, it is a natural pain killer and relieves muscle spasms as well. I posted a thread on it, it might be a ways down but it has more info. No point in reinventing the wheel here if its already there.

Correction: its in the chronic pain section, second page titled "new" herb for pain and relaxation

It tastes like bunk but it works.

No worries Buttons.  Smile
Kratom and Kava our my favorites in those categories. Kratom for pain and kava for sleep
If the DEA decides to make kratom a sch 1 after all, as they claimed, we don't want too many references to kratom for me to have to delete. (I deleted many references for the big changeover.)

Just sayin. We have a temporary reprieve as far as i know at the moment.
I would highly recommend Kava as a sleep aid / pain killer.

Thanks.
Charon I will not be surprised if DEA decides to put Crat sch1 and after that coffee as sch 4. I won't. A lot try to make stock of it in case it will be banned and buy many KG of it . Who knows if most of it lately is bunk. Be careful where and by from who u order it. I hear there is a lot of bunk staff thrown in the garden market lately.
