I agree the rich dirtbags behind the scene will try their utmost to corrupt and control trump if somehow he manages to get in. Kennedy was a good example. That is how they stole it from bernie, though the chump turned around and kissed the butt of the woman who robbed him. It was no doubt a combination of bribes and threats to get him onboard. Everyone in politics on that level know how good the clintons are at eliminating enemies and a cabinet position might be in store if he cooperates while his supporters feel the burn (not the good kind). Hill got the offer of a cabinet position if she backed obomber when it became clear he was going to win the nomination and needed her support. So now bernie gets the consolation prize. If the dems had nominated bernie he would be way ahead and trump would be rehearsing his concession speech.
I'm opinionated and I hope I don't lose any friends over it. Think of this forum as a playground where we can run and scream, shout and even cuss but then we go back inside and act nice.
I agree with you cricket that hill will probably "win". I put quotes around it because she will probably lose the real vote but win the crooked vote if you catch my drift.
Call me a starry eyed dreamer but I think if a miracle happened and they couldn't cheat hill into the white house trump would try mightily to fix a lot of things. The trade agreements, the idiotic decisions like letting in tens of thousands of unvetted syrians some of whom have committed acts of terrorism. He will have to compromise or get the kennedy treatment but a president has power and can use it for good or evil.
Look on the bright side, if he gets in the media will examine his every move with a microscope and give him no slack. He will be unable to get away with anything even if he wanted to. This is what we need, not coverups like obomber and hillary have been getting. The media will actually be doing their job for a change.
1st off, the media works for the government, so they will never tell us anything other than they're told to say.
Politics is a nasty, touchy thing to discuss and we all have our own opinions and ideas. Who's to say who's right or wrong, it just is. We get whatever they give us and in the end, what we think or feel makes no difference.
Your statement about the electronic voting machines is right on. They leave us no way to go back and check the real results. They are the worst invention ever. That's why I say voting is a waste of time. Whichever way you vote, they can change it any way they want and we will never know the truth or be able to prove anything. They have us by the short ones and know it. I would luv to see what would happen if NO ONE voted. What would they do then? Give us a dictator? Oh wait, they already do that. What was I thinking LOL.
I just wish this country could go back to what it was originally, but sadly those days are gone forever. All we can do now is tighten our seatbelts and ride this disaster out. It's so sad how we've let them take us completely out of the process. But, this is what happens when we don't stand up and fight back the evil deeds they do. So what about the 2nd debate? I watched from across the pond.
Trump seemed to be using attack as the best form of defence. I was surprised more of the debate wasn't about his words on women. He seems to be leaking support, but I expected her to land a serious blow and it didn't really happen. I expected him to lose that debate badly although he lost focus towards the end. What is with his sniffing? But I guess the middle debate is the least important. What do others think?
All Trump does is talk on a loop,same things everytime with 'I'm going to make America great again' at the end,doesn't talk about how he really is going to do that,building more walls after he's had the one built along the Mexican border?Walls that won't be for keeping folk out but keep them in..All that sniffing was the chang wearing off.
It all looks like a bad circus,no wonder we have the 'special relationship',we aint much different when it comes to politics.
How much do you think the FBI reopening the email issue a few days before the election will be? Have people already made up their minds?
Some people will have voted already. It also seems unlikely that the investigation will get resolved by voting day. I'm not a Trump supporter at all, but I think the Democrats picked the wrong candidate with Clinton.

Our government was taken over many many yrs. ago by an evil group, our "secret government" and they will only allow their puppets (Hillary) to hold that position. They will only allow someone in that is on the team and a willing puppet.
Even tho Trump says things we want to believe in, he's a part of this as well. Candidates will say anything they think we want to hear, but never follow thru once they get in office. That's because the president DOES NOT make the decisions, only do what they're told to do by the real power we never get to see.
This is why I always say voting is a waste of time. Everything is "fixed" long before the campaigning begins. Again, elections are held ONLY to give us the impression we have a say in things. WE DON'T, PERIOD! The powers that really be, are not about to allow us to get in the way of their agenda, which is to take this country down and they are doin' a great job of that. This doesn't even come close to looking like America anymore. We have lost out privacy, our choices, sooo many of our freedoms and on and on.
It's way past time to start opening our eyes to how America has been hijacked. While we slept, they stole the farm and then some. It's a hard thing to believe, but WE let it happen.
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, no matter who wins, nothing will change for the better. Dem. or Rep., doesn't matter. We'll still go in the same direction.

I agree Clinton was chosen by the Democrat party, despite their being better alternatives. In the end the only person who stood against her was Bernie Sanders who decided he had nothing to lose. Not sure I can see Trump as non-establishment given his wealth. But I guess he would shake things up (I'm far from convinced it would be for the better - I'm one of those foreigners who looks at Trump and gets worried).
How does the rigged election work? As I understand it all the states have their own voting systems. And in many places this is devolved down to county level. If the whole thing were organised federally I'd find it easier to see how it could be rigged. This seems very decentralised - some on paper and some on a variety of electronic voting machines.
Be careful what you wish for. In the UK loads of people voted for Brexit as an anti-establishment stance. When it actually happened, many were shocked and said it was a protest and they wouldn't have voted that way if they'd known it was going to win. The value of the pound has collapsed, and however the government tries to dress it up as good for manufacturing, currency devaluation is always a defeat.

Riggin' is easy now with the electronic voting machines. It leaves no paper trail. If you push the button to vote one way, it can easily be rigged to register for the other candidate and no one would ever know.
Also, a lot of things we get to vote on that we think are good, always seem to have some little hidden extras we don't know about until after the fact. Usually not good.
What I'd luv to see is NO ONE goin' to vote. What would they do? Pick a dictator for us? Gee, isn't that pretty much happening already?
