Ive been trying to get him to just be more active.
i think it would help both his mental and physical condition.
he has been seeing professionals for all his problems for quite some time
but he still turned to me for wieght loss. not sure why (plan b i guess)
hes been on vacation so ill get back to you with a post holiday update when i see him
