I'm just an average guy with an average job and thankfully so far, continue to stay over the line that makes you under the poverty rate, just 5-6k shy of that, so that means in my country that I have to pay much more income tax than someone under that, I might as well make less money be considered under the poverty line (58k around here, here being Kelowna, BC, Canada) and not pay 52% in income tax, so lately when I buy a valuable asset, I don't have it registered in my name, I might do the same with my house someday. put it for rent, since I live near college, I could turn it into an off-campus house and get myself a nice apartment, which would mean I would save a lot, no municipal taxes etc. and by the way British Columbia is one of the most expensive places to live, i'm glad to live around Kelowna, because 8 hours to the west, in Vancouver, it's the second most expensive city to live in.
Yeah, crazy huh? Massive gentrification, no wonder Vancouver is dope city while it's very rarely spoken of by the media even here and never in central/eastern parts of the country.
As for my interests, my main one is music, I've mixed some albums for some punk bands but thats a side job, the very first band to call themselves "Hardcore punk" were from this province (D.O.A.) for those who don't know about this kind of music, they're still around, they were not tolerant of people snorting lines in the toilet of venues and such and had them kicked out of their local shows most of the 80's, amazing they are still around. I play drums, but right now, familial arthritis in my wrists, fingers, elbows, shoulders, ankles, knees, it's all very painful, I've had loads of shots of cortisone but after 12 times I told them, do you have some kind of other option? So I was prescribed 5mg OxyIR and 200mg Celebrex, I dumped the celebrex in the toilet once I read all the warnings, we don't get these "black box warnings" here in Canada, we get, mostly if we ask for them, sheets of information when prescribed medication and any dangerous interactions will be listed.
As a parting question? How are Black Box Warnings in the USA? Do the bottles or blister packs of pills come inside a black box with a death skull (poison sign/symbol) ? I wish they did this here, so they'd stop insisting giving so many stomach destroying-cardiotoxic NSAIDs....I only like two, one has the painkilling strength of morphine called Ketoralac, that stuff works, but you can't take it for very long, the other is Mobic (Mobicox here), that one has less of the COX-2 or COX-1, I don't remember which one do the stomach problems thing that yes, its true Celebrex doesn't give stomach aches, but it's one of the medication I've taken that had my pulse get to over 200 in the middle of the night, so Mobicox (meloxicam generic) has less effects on the stomach, while still not being selective like Celebrex and the other crap in that family that should be removed entirely, when they removed Vioxx, Celebrex was allowed to stay here by a thread.
I got Insomnia, as a detected and Dx'd psychiatric disorder along with sleep walking and other parasomnias. Hence my interest in raising the less possible flags with my own doctor, who does a lot for me, I have 3 other medical conditions I could talk about later, but they're not insomnia, stress or pain related, he happens to be a Men's Health Specialist, so he's taking care of a few other things a regular GP wouldn't. So anyway, I don't want to bother him and ask for more than 5mg OxyIR every 12 hours prn and the Sublinox for sleep, while alright, the formulation they came up with in Canada when they finally, allowed zolpidem, after nobody was marketing Zaleplon anymore, it's still approved, but compound pharmacies? Don't wanna go there with their insane prices. The 2 IOP's I've used have always delivered and I'm more than happy to have found out that you regard one of them highly, and yep, I told them great job both.
Alright, speaking of sleeping, its time, goodnight.
