This I think is a great leveller when my heads fried, puts a little humanity back together for me when I see all the devastation going on and what I can only call out as irrational thoughts leading to irrational actions withith devasting consequences that can only put humanity back into the stone age, or is it just that humanity never came for for the ride?. I'm sad.
I was reading about the meditation people are becoming more open to regardless of faith/religion it may be connected to for I'm only looking from a life enhancing experience point of view, I am wondering if firstly I'm putting this in the right place admin our you please relocate if I'm in wrong place with this thanx but back to question I'm trying to get at out please excuse not slept in far too long med reduction, but what about a music thread I find personally music to be excellent non med therapy ? Any thoughts anyone? Or if there is one I've just not yet found, if so could someone please guide me there kind regards to Admin and all, hope everyone's well.
