I am not sure I want to know who has it more a question has anyone taken this and is it better than tramadol since that is all I can get these days from my doctor.

You can read also the tapentadol thread that I started and you may find some answers there. It is not a common and easy to find book in IOP world , few have it and I believe it is better for pain alleviation wand much more safe with fewer interactions than tramadol. I am not sure for what I will advice but what you ask for maybe a medicine in in hands of SY ventors so if you have access to any SY you may ask if he is able to give you a bulk order if available. I have no info whose got it by them but you can ask senior members . US Tapentadol is far better than the indian one.

What Mrchuckey suggests JennaChell is the best source available at that time . There are limited nests this bird can fly from and I won't suggest here another nest due to the risk of non-delivery . For present time we stick to what is trusted more here .
