As far as I can tell, the only way to get a message to anyone here is to make a short post (maybe like in the Tech/Suggestion section)

It really is for, not only us and our fine vendors, but the new person as well... I know it may be hard to see ATM, but it will all be clear the longer that you stay with us...

In addition to what Ice said we sometimes also say that a member can post something on their welcome thread and then also ask that it be deleted after a certain ampunt of time.

So that is another option.

Use your welcome thread to make a post , as you say though if you want it confidential that is tough.

Options are good to have .
