Yes it's extremely good. It's possibly the very best sleeping medication I have ever used. Tolerance builds pretty quickly even though it's such a strong benzo. You can go from one pill to needing many of them in a very short time. The way it puts you to sleep is the best though. It absolutely knocks you out. It has the most power out of any benzo I tried.

Midazolam is one of the benzos that more strongly affects the a1 GABA-A subunit, which is responsible for the sedating effects of benzos. Others in this category include triazolam and temazepam.

Personally for me, these benzos don't help with sleep anymore compared to the other benzos.
