Nonetheless I think you should wait another week. Screw ups do happen. You could consider calling them to ask for a refund... but use your best judgement, given the contents of your package.
Don't give up yet. Things have been very slow movin' all around. Mine went 20 days in limbo and just started movin' again. I'd just about given up but things are slowly gettin' back on track. I think Pony Express would be faster

Ya things stay in customs forever sometimes for all kinds of reasons, there's all kind of reasons it's taking awhile the postal system is unpredictable, I've waited months before, hang in there it'll show. Peace!
Right there with ya cutstack, almost 4weeks since I purchased magazines and I have always rec'd by 2 weeks at the latest. The only difference is I have not used express,, but I keep reading about others experiencing long waits from oct. orders. Crossing my fingers its not a loss and hoping the best for you and your wellbeing.

Every time around this time of year, the mail slows down considerably. I have it in a log book to the date last year that this happened, where it went from 2 weeks to 1 month overnight, It was right around the middle of November. I wouldn't give up yet, many are in the same boat.
I've waited 6 weeks and received. It ended up going half way around the world before I got it.

I ordered towards to the beginning of October using ems. I'm suffering so much. I need my medication so badly just to function. Please anyone chime in on your success stories go give me hope because I am suffering so badly. No sleep. Panic all day. Have mercy on me

Never put yourself in this situation. Most of the people here order more before they run out..and allow for delays or a long shipment. Im sorry you're dealing with this..but maybe go to a local doctor and explain the situation you're in?
OR, you could order from a local place(assuming you're in the US). There are vendors that can get you an order in a few days. Granted, you'll pay for it. We aren't able to discuss us vendors tho..all I can say is check out the SY section.
Reading day after day the new man power their hireing,things are going to get real hairy soon,if not already.I've had mine sit in N.Y for 45days,i counted it off a lose,then it showed up.spread it out,put many fealers out there.minimum orders from a couple different vendors,then slowly they will show up.if some don't,lesson learned.remember,it not the vendors fault.the problem is over here on our side.they want to "protect us from ourselves"even if we are totally bedridden and miserable.pray to the postal gods.
The order entered tracing on the 12th of October. When you guys experience these delays, it would be so helpful sharing with me the message you receive when it's in customs. One of mine says processed through facility isc xxx and now says inbound into customs it took a very long time for that to happen and it's been inbound into customs for awhile. The other pack which was shipped at the same time is not even inbound into customs. Still says processed by isc which is the step before inbound into customs. The order was placed over a month ago and entered tracking on the 12th of October. Just wondering what you guys saw on your tacking info while you were going through your ordeal. Thank you so much.
