I'm on a quest. I'm not big on fancy cooking (or any really) and like to be able to get something from the kitchen quickly. So lately I've taken to slapping together a burrito with pork, refried beans, cheese, corn and hot sauce (I love Mexican food). I've gotten so the whole process is about 5 minutes.

But I'm worried I'm going to get sick of them if I stay at it much longer! Anyone have another burrito recipe that is super easy to make?

That sounds good. But I have a hard time keeping avocados in the house since they don't last very long. I wonder if you can freeze them. It's just me here so I try to get stuff that will last awhile in Tupperware or something.
You guys are making me hungry!
