Yes chamomile is lovely. I usually have 4 teabags in one cupSmile))
It's really relaxing in the evening but don't use to many teabags I did 8 in one cup and felt nausea for a bit.

Chamomile with honey and your Rx in the evening is perfect to wind down

I have been getting a lot of anxiety lately which I attribute to morning coffee.  It comes on before I know it, probably because I drink 2 cups pretty fast.  I think I just need to slow it down a bit.  I may try some of the tea suggestions that were shared here.
