I was wondering which Tramadol was stronger, Tramacet 37.5mg or Tramadol 50 mg?

Tramacet is Tramadol + A
cetaminophen, so although I've never tried Tramacet, my bet is that Tramadol 50 mg would be stronger.
Depends on your definition of stronger. I mean as stated above one is a combo, one is straight tram. But for some the pain relief may be stronger with the combo as opposed to the straight tram.
On a direct statement. Since one is 50 mg and the other is 37.5, well then that's a clear answer.
Tramadol is my answer.But stronger on what "effect on you".You must define for what you will be using tramadol.

pure tramadol. But if the tramacet is ok for you, better use this one first.
