Charlotte's Web capsules are phenomenal. My sister in law seems to think the "delivery" method matters as well and varies on different people. Some work better with the candies.. some vape... some do capsules, etc.

I have heard the same. Delivery method seems to make a difference on a per person basis.
I know some people who prefer the balms and cannot stand the tinctures because of the taste.
I do not like the taste but the tinctures really seem to the best route for me.
I have a friend who takes the capsules and chewables. They have cancer and the tinctures make them sick. They did however drop their pk's and b's with this. It was not an immediate switch but they tell me they get more relief from the cbd's and it has helped their appetite and ability to keep food down.
Because there are so many options and the good ones are not cheap it is not easy to try a bunch of options unless the cost is not an issue to you.
A friend << got to be one >>
swears by Stephen Hawking Kush.
Fantastic name- estate probably not involved. Not into it myself; although may be getting there.
Your mileage may vary of course.....................
Folken
I cannot partake due to causing extreme anxiety, hence the cbd use.
Some of the celebrity/public people named ones.
Charlie Sheen being one. Crouching Tiger Hidden Alien sounds interesting.
I'm not sure I would want to take anything named Charlie Sheen, I imagine the strength is extreme.
My uncle has very bad knees and he is in his 70's. I told him to try the CDB oil and it really works. It is now legal in my state and I would recommend it to anyone. Most of it I have found has a trace amount of THC in it. Not enough to cause you any effects but it will show up in a drug screen. I would suggest having a doctors note in case that happens. because it is legal ! It is going to take a while for the employers to realize that CBD even with a trace of THC is better then an opiate. I have heard of some CBD with no THC but I have not found any. I jsut mention this because if the police find THC in you it may cause problems. I just wanted everyone to know what I have found out. Be careful everyone.

I can freely access CBD with no THC but IMO the quality varies, and it can be expensive. It definitely helps my insomnia, and I also use it when I need to focus at work.
I have just started about 2 weeks ago trying CBD oil. I have not noticed a difference in my anxiety. Does it take a while to work?
I also just started taking CBD oil for anxiety and pain, have only taken 2 doses so far. Will report back in a couple of weeks with my results. I have been told it does take a while to start working but everyone is different.
Sudsy
I have found that CBD oil helps for anxiety in pets. With the 4th of July approaching, I may give it a try to see if it makes any difference and I will report back.
Good thread for the CBD oil effectiveness.
