I wonder how this will affect all things.

Looks like they're aiming for advanced warning system for international shipments.

Yeah I've heard rumors of a big changes with regard to scanning and such with international packages being processed through customs beginning in November Guess we will see if it's affective.

I read about that too. Canada and parts of Europe are prescribing museums and exercise instead of meds. Love both of them, but for heaven's sake, some people can't do either!!!
