What do you guys think about this? Doctors of course have responsibility to prescribe thoughtfully, but being the libertarian that I am I believe that everyone is responsible for their own actions, and people need to research and understand the risks of their own medications. Certainly open to debate.

It looked like he had other than what was RX'ed him in his system ( according to the article ) so if true then doc is not responsible right outa the gate.

Probably the paramedics or someone who found him tried to save his life.
