5am our time heard it on radio trying to sleep,i feel nothing towards this war mongering family sneaking most of bin ladens family out of US on 11.9 fast on a private jet,why do that when one of the bin laden family has just planned and executed thousands of innocent deaths on US soil.Stinks.
I can’t say I disagree. Though I’ll never celebrate the passing of any US President. History will show nothing but bad policies and nefarious acts committed by the Bush dynasty, that I’m sure of.

Politics aside I admired the love story between him and Barbara Bush.
Agree; WWII fighter pilot who landed on aircraft carriers- got shot down ( luckily rescued ) when some of his friends got shot down and were captured/executed- and some were said to have been eaten.

Maybe the best thing he ever did was nominate to supreme court, the man, Clearance Thomas.
It is good that we honor presidents who have passed and show respect for their work in our highest office.
True, some are colluders, dividers, liars, serial rapists and even peanut farmers but is was "We the people" who appointed them as our leaders.
I really dont understand why a guy who has been responsible for so much death and suffering should not be talked ill of just because he was president and is now dead.
We are talking hundreds of thousands over all the years he was involved behind the scenes in various administrations and head of CIA,i wonder how he talked about all those dead civilians,the collateral damage,i'm far more offended by bombing than some words of discontent,i never hated any politicians,only what they are ultimately responsible for.I feel the same about Tony Blair here as i do the Bushes over there,war is the last thing we should be involved with,uncivilized stuff.

I’ve always wondered why is that when someone dies they become much more admirable than they ever were in life. Someone once said to me, “Just because she’s dead it doesn’t change the fact that she was a total bitch.”
I try to keep this in mind at times like this when I read all of the wonderful words written about the accomplishments of people like President Bush.
