I'm the new kid on the block. I heard this is a friendly neighbourhood.
I want to learn how to navigate in these sometimes unsafe seas of IOP's. I also want to contribute whatever knowledge I have harvested over the years on health related matters.
And, generally, I want to participate in the cheerful ambiance of these forums.

Plenty of rules to read but once you do things will be much easier. There is a learning curve but it's honestly not so bad. This is a great site for what you seem to be looking for.
