I cannot help but notice that you seem to use a lot of
3/4 word responses to most things, YET you are some
kind of "researcher"? ...

Maybe you need to wait until you actually have something to say and not just

Every single e-mail received has always been replied to.

You can email the vendor. He is the one whom would know best right now.
