I won't lie and say I don't want it it to be true.
I'm not quite sure exactly what it is you are talkin about ...

Ice
Yea I got a little bit confused on what exactly you are referring too.
or is this something you are looking for? Perhaps belongs in another section?

Sorry maybe misunderstood you, had a really awful day today/yesterday.
Im going to take a hail mary shot of a guess to what pickles is referring to,  Okay here goes.

Shire Pharms introduced Brand name Adderall to the world, along with the XR version later on, and yet another version with same composition called Mydais which is a slight variation of the XR version with a different bead form release mechanism.  The addy IR version went generic first because it was introduced earlier but they kept producing the name brand along with the generic versions from other companies.  That recently changed within the last few years, they sold the Brand rights to Teva Generics, now they produce both the brand and a generic.  The good news is there is very little difference in my humble opinion between Shires original brand, Teva's acquired Brand and their generic line.  The reason  its still a top notch brand and generic from Teva is simple, they are the largest generic producer in the world, and they make very very good products, especially in this area.  There is virtually no difference in my opinion, very well made products by a great company.  So now if you look up brand name, you will find it under Teva which also recently merged or acquired actavis generics.  Why do they confuse us like this???? Geez.  Rest assured if you get brand now, you are getting identical quality from both their brand and generic of the IR form from Teva.  Now thats not the case with the XR, Shire still holds the Brand rights to the XR version along with the nearly identical Mydais.  But other companies can make generic XR now for addie, but not Mydais.  Mydais is still new and under patent. along with their other new blockbuster product Vyvanse which is Brand only until patent expires.  By the way Vyvanse has only one of the ingredients that the others have but dont think for one second its in anyway inferior.  I think its more effective, last longer and much smoother than any other ADHD option available today.  Its truly a marvel of a product, because its a new type of drug called a pro-drug.  Which means its not an active compound until your body starts to metabolize it.  Now this is where it gets brilliant, they attached a common amino acid called Lysine that our bodies naturally digest very commonly to it, and when it metabolizes the lysine it unlocks and activates the main compound in your stomach, and it begins to work.  Because of this design its more abuse deterrent and has a smoother release.
Did i mention that is a brilliant idea?  It won a alot of awards in the scientific community and now the same concept is being applied to other drugs like hydro etc.  Guys im not a pharmacist, doctor or any other healthcare professional, I just enjoy reading about new developments like this,  It truly is fascinating to me.  I work in telecommunications, but have always been fascinated by these things.  There are some smart people out there, wish I was one of them.  LOL
I know this was a long time ago posted by Chris but what a response! Thank you
Chris is awesome, and although he does not post that much of late *I pray you are well, Chris* we respect him. Miss him. And he brought to us a glorious vendor in restricted area.

You may do ten posts per 24 hours now cfand8. Aim for 150, if u would like. Just sayin.
Not to be a downer but I somewhat developed a heart issue from a decade of Vyv@nse use. Always use lowest dose if possible and it improves your life. Lithium orotate and Magnesium are both great for ADHD if you want to go the natural route, over the counter vitamins IMHO.

With this crazy addy shortage and the potential for telehe@lth providers to no longer be able to prescribe anything controlled, Ive been kinda taking what I could get. Cvs and kroger wont even fill scripts from telehealth or m3d centers that write a lot of addy. I had to call several places to find anyone to fill between the shortage of actual meds and how picky the pharmacies have been about filling from certain providers. Vyvanse is on my radar now but I hate switching anything up. Everyone over the age of 12 in my house is on adhd meds
I made the switch from the IR @dder@ll to Vyv@nse and it was pretty easy for me. I know everyone's body chemistry and situations are different though. If Vyv@nse is available but @dder@ll is not, I'd look into it. Regardless, I hope you figure something out.
