How? Some do think it was a hoax to help implement citizens of the US to lose their rights to government officials.
Interesting find. I surely hope it was not a hoax to get us to take a vaccine which can cause unprecedented changes in people i read. Bill Gates pushes the vaccination but wont let his kids have it.
I trust very few. I sure hope Gov Cuomo wasn't lying this whole time.

No way, any vaccine, to be effective has to be tested first, even an experimental vaccine takes months to develop. I think the reported deliberately made that comment and that he knew the microphone was "hot".

Hey Ice,
I personally believe they did NOT know they were on a hot mic. The way I see the other man in the video react to what he is told. Just by his body language and the way he acts he seems very surprised at what he is being told.
You know I hope we eventually get the truth about what's going on but that will probably never happen.
I can only tell you my opinion that I do think this virus has been around and active by accident or intentional for quite a while going back to at least the end of last year maybe much longer.
With this being said is a vaccine possible I believe yes to the elite few who are in the loop.
The big question is if there is a vaccine they would have to know a lot more about the virus than we are being told. WHAT is so important that they are basically sacrificing all these lives to the virus and not providing the vaccine to prevent further cases?
Between the different stories and different interpretations the news media feeds us, a lot of it proven to be false or misleading and all the theories on the internet it's almost impossible to know what is truth and what is not. I always try to do as much research on a subject before I post about it but getting harder and harder to separate the B.S. from the truth.

Question: Why would "the elite" want to be among the first to receive a new vaccine? Because at this point in time they'd be a human guinea pig.
In vaccine production you have to prove a) that it works and b) that it is safe. Early tests are done on animals because of the risks, and since showing it works can, depending on the design, involve intentionally infecting the experimental and control groups to the virus. That raises huge ethical problems with humans... maybe you can give them the vaccine and then infect them, but giving half a placebo and infecting them... yikes, I wouldn't want to steer that one past an ethics committee! That's an experiment that kills people. However, if you only test the people who are vaccinated then you have an incomplete experiment with no control group.
Anyway, those who get it first are the human volunteers who are paid for their time (a few thousand dollars - often students who need the money). Again, half get the vaccination and half get an injection of saline. Then they go out into the world and over several months it should become clear that those who were given the vaccine haven't developed the virus (or it wasn't so serious). This takes ages and there are no short cuts.
Does vaccinated have another meaning? Is it slang for security clearance? In the UK people have been urged to make sure their other vaccinations are up to date (getting a really bad seasonal flu in the midst of a pandemic would not be good timing), so does it refer to other vaccines? Or is it a joke, some gallows humour?
I just don't see how it is possible for there to be a vaccine that the elite would take - after all they want to know it is safe etc, not to be a subject in an experiment. No way can it have gone through all those checks even if the vaccine were developed in December 2019. Plus we have people on the internet sowing fake news, even deep fakes where people's voices and lip movements are altered to say something different - it's disinformation. I find that easier to believe than there being a working vaccination at this stage.
