June 24, 2020 from 1:30pm – 3:00pm EDT

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a national survey
to states that operate 1915© waivers, to develop a baseline for how states
administer and operate their incident management system(s). CMS has compiled
and reviewed the survey responses, and will be sharing these findings in a
series of trainings. This training is part one of a three-part series, and highlights
the technologies, systems, and processes that states use to respond to, monitor,
and resolve critical incidents.
