I find Biden's response to that reporter after he met with Putin to be very telling. The fact that he apologized later for being a "wise-guy" which is such a very funny term was.... one for the ages. These videos were very funny as well. I literally pray for my grandma , my family, and for this country on a semi-daily basis.
