Hello, I'm Apple. I was a member here a long time ago- for the life of me I can't remember my username. I was a member of another site as well, and when the other site when down in flames, I kind of drifted away from both sites. Yesterday I stumbled across this page unexpectedly and was happy to see that things were still going on here. Hopefully I can be of use to someone here, if only to make them laugh on a bad day. Apple

Thanks and Happy Halloween to you as well. I've been taking a walk down memory lane in the banned list. I was on the sidelines watching the Joe/Jim from Starlite scam at DBG. It seemed like everyone was in on the scam. I didn't get taken, but it appears I was very lucky with a few vendors.
I'll do my best to get 5 posts in by 24 hrs, I do try to make my posts somewhat thoughtful. I feel guilty if I just post for #'s.
Oh no Apple, u don't have to make five posts per 24 hour period. Its just some runners try to make five posts every two hours or so. Yeah, runners get caught.
So, take your time.

I understand completely and I support harsh scrutiny. I have seen a lot of foolishness on forums over the years. I'll get to 50 and beyond soon enough, I appreciate the support.

I was just scrolling through the pages and I saw the unread icon next to my post. I feel terrible I didn't notice this earlier, I would have generations of female relatives swat my head and ask me if they raised me to not reply to such a gracious and unexpected note if they knew of this.
Thank you, and for all of your work here, as well as Admin of Steel. You both put time in, I'm sure more than most of us realize. Also, Admin of Steel has made me smile a few times at the cleaver choice of words used to put people in their place who were in need of guidance we'll say.
It is hard to explain the differences between the old and new forums to people who weren't part of pre 2012 especially, and a thread of all the companies and individuals who we saw do shady stuff and/or go down would read like fiction to new members. At least with you here Charon you make us take our muddy boots off before entering and look how clean things are now!
