I know the comparison doesn't make sense but these both work the same for me at least. Share your thoughts on these.

I took a recent deep dive on the benefits of melatonin. It has so many crazy health benefits, especially paired with ascorbic acid. If you look up Doris Loh's research on it, it's phenomenol. Do you find midazolam to be habit forming? Wake up groggy? I tend to avoid benzos and their cousins so I may not be the most objective here.

I take a small dosage of melatonin OTC in order to sleep. Does not always work.

Surprised this thread does not have more responses.. In regards to midazolam I have never had.. I do take 5mg of melatonin a night and it seems to work for me as part of might nightly vitamin & medicine regimen.

I take benedryl and melatonin to calm down. When its time to sleep. Works fine for me...

Same here. If I take vitamin B with melatonin I have wonderful dreams.

Midazolam is useful for when my neighbours are having a party and I really can't sleep. Unlike the z-drugs for sleep it is short acting so there is no hangover the next day. I try not to use it often, but it's good to have on standby.

I started dreaming again also. Good dreams. Multi vitamin and zinc, c,d, and iron.

Cool.

People forget that Melatonin is an antioxidant as well as a sleep-aid. 

It's good for your brain, heart and immune system.

It's a great all round health supplement. 

Shame I have to buy it from you guys over the pond!

i gotta find and be able to afford all this stuff again. sighs. (its called assisted living but it seizes all ur moneys. that is not assisted lving. that is hindrance living. sighs.)
