I am in Dutchess County now. part of NY subs.
I still get notifications about last address and here.
Some company using the name aptive, comes to your door. no cards. wearing an aptive hat. The poster foolishly opened her door to ask for his card.
He left. But don't do this stuff in this world.
They come to nice areas in hopes u have monies they can steal.
They come to elderly areas cuz they figure u have some stuff and cannot fight back.
The week i moved here two or three people tried to get in this house.
Their trick was to use this address which was theirs until they got kicked out. And they send drugs under their name to your new address.
I refused to accept it cuz i could feel it felt like a brick. HS tells me it was edibles. Just guessing. But i made it clear to UPS man i shall never accept mail to this house with another name on it.
So the woman and her gigantor BF figured i had the package. and they broke in the downstairs door. came up the stairs. And God help them if they had turned that door knob one iota. I was totally prepared.
At least get Mace, bear mace, although the original mace is out there. one can use a small gun that is used to start a race and to train attack dogs to get used to the sound of gunfire.
One or two others whom claimed they worked for realty company wanted in. it was a lie.
If u live in an area wherein our beloved gvt is shipping all the border crossers, be prepared.
these are not normal times.
Even the animals have gone mad. Yesterday a raccoon jumped at my glass front door. Maybe cuz i used to feed cats and they have a bell to hit when they want food. But that was not a normal raccoon reaction.
We see things being sprayed overhead all day and most of the night.
