I'm Caróg liath, I am quite familiar with boards and really just come here to see if I can avail of any good chat and to lend help in areas that I am familar with (medicine, Ayurvda, etc). I've lived all over the world but have reached a crossroads in my life where all I really need is contentment and peace.

I've recently experienced a certain amount of name calling which I have been lucky enough not to react to, but my heart hurts.
