They represent themselves very badly in court.

i dont practice now but i am still horrified. Every year, just about every law school has a teacher or a Judge in the volunteer courts whom is shot by some evil SOB.
I detest this new style of practicing law.

We did trial cases, and i won. but they were professional. And every year an attorney or judge gets shot in the performance of his/her duties. I remember several in a row when i worked in manhatten, and the attorney saved his life by running around a tree again and again until defendant ran out of bullets.

My Dr. sister asked if we took courses in self defense to practice law.

My Lord Thank God i dont have to practice "law" in this insane world.

This is just insanity.

OMG. i hate this new wave garbage. Its not practicing law.
