Praying for you Charon. Can you call the housing authority and see if they can help you find a new place and help you with a deposit and the first months rent? I'm sure there is help available for someone in your situation.

i had been under the impression that a LL must allow 3 months for the tenant to leave. then another attorney told me he could put me rite on the street.
and its only a wee bit colder outside than inside. and i never turn up the heat i just wear more.
