Hey has anyone had ther letter of etizolam seized, it was my understanding that it is legal in the usa and unscheduled, I have never had a problem in over a year of ordering it, but do they still seize it in customs I'm talking less than 150 tabs here
Customs can seize anything they feel like grabbing. They can take and keep aspirin if they get the notion. There are many cases of herbs, for example which are not illegal or barred under any statute but customs has a policy of taking it. I'm quite sure they would take etiz if they found it. The only difference it makes is they will not prosecute for a legal substance, usually. There are so many regulations they probably could but don't worry. The main risk is losing it.
Etizolam is schedule 4 in Alabama, Arkansas, and Missisippi. Also, it's kind of hard to argue that etizolam is only used for "research purposes" when they come in pill form.
I know there are research companies in the us that sell etizolam. I'll look for the links. That way no customs bs lol.
Where I am I asked LE. It is legal, but keep it in the blisters packs etc that shows contents.... I think field testing would show it as a .pam? which could cause some short term problems.. Without the package It would be hard to argue that further testing should be done to identify the product, but I am not sure

Grandote, you got that right then they tell you in the letter "If you wish to claim this" BS like someone will go claim the package! Customs takes anything they want probably pocket some as well.
They have been cracking down on the tablets for awhile now.
Can you mention if you ordered loose or blistered? If they seized loose tablets that would concern me.
I have heard nothing about etizolam powder being seized however, just about an hour ago my etizolam suppliers website was suspended. I am really hoping his hosting just removed him but it could be something far worse. A lot of you may know who i am talking about. I sent him an email and hopefully he will respond.
possibly if you order it from a "hot" country like paki, but i highly doubt anything will happen.

It's schedule 1 in AL which is crazy. That's serious charge if they decide to go forward

I would think the rc pellets, while not ideal as far as quality, would get through since the have the "not for consumption" while the etilaam cherry blister would be more likely to be taken since it resembles the meds they are trained to sniff out
