RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - Cantbebroken - 04-03-2019 I've been taken it every night since I was 16. It is the only thing that will let me sleep for under 6 hours a night & wake up feeling like I'm brand new but if taken with food it will not be as effective RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - Catgirl - 05-01-2019 I didn't know that a full stomach would make a difference but that makes sense. I have used it before when needed ad it definitely put me to sleep but then I would wake up for hours during the night. RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - LMT737 - 05-29-2019 I have been a member since 2015 and my site no longer carries the parcel I am looking for. Great site. MM. So I am hoping somewhere here can help me find a new gig. Thanks all. (10-18-2018, 04:06 AM)MrFussbudget Wrote: Has anyone here tried Belbien or Zopalet? I'm having a hard time finding a back up with a reliable brand. I've never tried either of these and I'm wary. I am NA and a zolpidem dude. Had a gig with zopalet, alas no more. Try it, worked great for me. Looking for a new landing spot. RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - Otim07 - 06-03-2019 I am also wondering where are the new gigs RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - happyvibe - 06-03-2019 agreed. getting harder and harder to find these days
RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - Lockes - 06-03-2019 (01-16-2019, 04:11 PM)Rattzo Wrote: Personal experience Ambien (zolpidem) is much better than zopiclone. To me the best sleepers will always be BZDS though- restoril (temazepam), versed (midaz), halcion (triaz). Rohypnol is too expensive, I remember the one time I got it (via TTM) it was like 90 bucks for 2 strips of ten and not that impressive. A good time back I was scheduled for just some light surgery early in the morning. I came in the night before, couldn't sleep too well so the nurse gave me Restoril. It worked almost instantly but then the nurse had to keep waking me up because it seems I was yelling in my sleep at nothing. Just nightmares and night sweats, it was a long night and the last time ever took Restoril (Temazepam ). RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - carn7 - 08-12-2019 Another person here looking for it, and noticing it's harder to find... I haven't really had an issue with tolerance. The hallucinogenic effect has gone away though, I kinda miss the early days
RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - Larryjay - 08-20-2019 I was taking ambien for 20 years. I stopped for a month and went back on took a half and fell asleep quickly. Proves that tolerance builds up. RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - L1V3M0UZ - 08-21-2019 Tolerance 100% builds up. Without a doubt. I've taken breaks in the past that've helped though RE: Ambien (zolpidem) - quickfix - 08-24-2019 Not really my area of expertise, but from my research and understanding @mbien (Z0lpid3m), Zopiclon3, are non b3nzo z drugs that selectively produce a very strong hypnotic effect. Unlike classic b3nzos with a large range of therapeutic effects, z drugs are specifically used for insomnia. Now however there mechanism of action is very similar to b3nzos, and if one is to use it daily long term, like b3nzos after long term use the first effect to diminish would be the hypnotic effect anti-anxiety effects would take longer for tolerance to reach. without a doubt tolerance to the hypnotic effect would build pretty fast if used daily and long term. Lowest effective does is advised. Once tolerance does hit, perhaps switching to a taper with a long acting b3nzo would help (A FAST TAPER) you dont want to become dependent on b3nzos whilst abstaining from using Ambi3n, or Zops and then re-instating your Ambien when tolerance is down. I would never recommend cold turkey, but as it only has a strong hypnotic affect i would challenge that it has dangers like seizures if you were to cold turkey. so having intermittent breaks of a fortnight which would bring tolerance down to pre use state would be another option.
