Mac has never let me down. The last order did take a long time, but it came through was high quality. Holidays always make things slow so just be patient and it will arrive!

I cannot seem to get www.macromass.cn to load at all.
Really hope I am not being out of line here but all I could find were something about having to change his domain names.
I did find email addys with general search but I am not going to list them or ask for them if it is out of line.
Are his emails common knowledge?
Yup...server not found and then stuff about a firewall probably on my end not his.

Uncle Mac is flexible, he has a variety of access points but also a number of scummers piggybacking his good name for example the original site was .com (I got burned on that one for not taking 2 seconds to look up the real site). Once u have the official email his signoff is all his contact points and orders can be placed thru each, I only go to the site once in a blue to check prices. Don't sweat it he will reply, especially if u namedrop iop.

I am gonna paste up a few. But, if u click on his name, and see his profile, i believe the man is available via pretty much every known way to communicate with another nowAdays. I did not see them, but i bet he would use specially trained carrier pigeons.

Hey Mr Nobody as usual Charon has all the answers I know I would be lost without her. Beware of promo emails disguised as Mac. If you read his site you will see he mentions this and what ever you do never use your phone number. As Rattzo said there are many scum suckers that try to get you, under the guise of Mac's good name. Read what Charon has posted and if you are unsure just ask any of us or Mac himself he is top notch when it comes to customer service good luck.

Charon knows what she is talking about. I can also tell you from my personal experience MM has been the BEST at communication. There is no BS when speaking to the man. He is straight up as you can get... MM iz always willing to please..

Thanks for clarifying what I suspected. That particular country is a huge flag that even a casual observer of news knows of it's, um.....issues. I see now the other ordering options, interesting business model and I'm a bit intrigued. I shall report if I dive in on my quest to find plan c & D vendors as it's good to have options
