BAsed on what i have read through here a dover the web, the hydro cod (dicod31) are really just a codeine dirivative and not the same type of meds we get in the west. They may work to a certain extent if you are in dire need but they are not going to do what is expected as compared to the standard hydro in the West. Just try to have realistic expectations and as everyone has said, do your homework and search as you will usually find your answers.

I believe they are di-HC. They are better than the garbage "Indian pain pills", in my experience.

RE: Indian pain pills - bnewhart001 - 03-23-2016

Are you sure about that, @MaltoseFalcon? I'd tried the dicods before and they had a very distinct cod feeling. I trust your opinion over mine any day, though, as I have very limited experience, having only tried a couple sample packs due to them being a bit pricey.

They certainly help with pain, that's for sure no matter whether it's dhc or cod, ya know?

RE: Indian pain pills - MaltoseFalcon - 03-23-2016

Well I will say that there is at least some chance that those dicods are what the vendor says they are. I only had a small sample myself. But with those other ones, they are most definitely NOT what the vendor is selling them as. So there's that...

Ttm also sells a mystery pain pill which no one can agree on the ingredients for sure.

Agree on the earlier posts about SS's Wallace Soma

There are a couple good nonprofit places you can anonymously send meds to get tested. it is a bit costly, but atleast you'd know for sure!

I think I remember reading somewhere that it's very hard to distinguish between codeine, DHC, and Hydrocodone because of their very similar chemical structure.
