No one seems to realize what this does to children too! They strive on schedules and order when young. My kiddo didnt get the memo either and now its bed at an hour later and waking an hour eariler. Confusedigh: poor me lol
And we had JUST got her on a sleeping schedule that also involved her sleeping in her own bed..

Aw, how old is your kiddo? I have an infant. It was hard at first, but she slept until 8 am today. The sudden change not only in time but in morning and evening light and darkness just throws everything off for them. Their body clocks rely on natural rhythms, not false time mandates.
