I have had both US phentermine and recently got some from one of our SYs. I just haven't noticed this recent purchase doing much of anything. I have no reason to think it's bunk, very well regarded vendor, so I don't know. I would normally take half a pill of the US kind once or twice a day. I tried half and whole both of Mexican and the Half didn't do anything and the full made me feel bad. I am interested in the sibutramine though.

Exercise and watching what you eat is the best route. I am not gonna preach to the quior on this topic since I don't practice thoes methods myself. But my spouse has lost over 100lbs in 2 years by living by this method. I am not a large person but over the last 4-5 years I've gotten belly from not following my spouses ways. I used to weigh around 140-150 from around 14 to 23 years old. One day my metabolism just stopped and now in my thirties I weight ranges from 200 to 220. It fluctuates up and down. I wanted to take diet pills but I seen first hand how diet and exercise works. Plus I have genetic high bp. So anything that increases my heart rate is not good for me. I don't even drink caffeine for over 3 years now. If they ever make a diet pill that won't effect my bp I might try it. Not to drastically lose weight since I look filled in now but to get near my target weight. For health reasons. I was extra skinny when I was younger and one would say too skinny. But I was happy at the 190lbs mark. The extra 30-40lbs went to my belly but I am still comfortable. Just don't think it helps my back pain. As far as sourcing them. Almost half the vendors I've ordered from carries some form of weight loss medicine. It's just find one that works for you. Smile

I was prescribed Toprimate (I think that's the generic - I took the brand name drug, but I don't think we can mention those, right?) for migraines and dropped 20 lbs. in 2 months. I had no appetite and carbonated beverage (soda, for example) tasted terrible. The side effects can be bad, but I didn't experience any except for a tin taste in my mouth and a tingling sensation in my fingers and toes, which a vitamin c supplement cured) and tapering after long-term use sux, but it's been 10 years since I last used it and I didn't put the weight back on. My doctor said that the FDA had not approved it as a weight loss drug (it also wasn't prescribed for migraines when I was originally prescribed it, but subsequently has been) but he has prescribed it off-label for weight loss. Unless you have migraines and aren't just looking for a weight loss drug, I wouldn't recommend it. It can make you forget what you are saying, stumble over words, and just sound plain "dopey," hence it's nickname, which I can't say without giving away the brand name.

Best of all comes a low calorie diet with plenty of aerobic training . But when it comes to fast weight loss my personnal experience is towards ritalin. I know it sounds strange but it cuts a lot of appetite and helps me loosing with some extra energy boost more pounds than enything else . My second choice is Phentermine but sometimes I cant tolerate it more than two weeks while I can continue with Ritalin even for months . Not all or most people have the same reaction as I do it is just my experience I post here .

It can't stick to your a$$ if it doesn't first go through your mouth.

Difficult prospect for some, I know, but diet pills complicate things on so many levels.

Regrettably, there is no pill yet that creates the sensible habits mentioned in the last several posts.

Duromine helped me drop 15 kg in no time and I was thin again lol.

I am like you Audrey - my tolerance for those types of stimulants build up incredibly fast that I have to cycle being on and off of it when taking them.

Yes the exercise does help the body sleep I think too jihnw4.

one time I did a walking 3-4 times a week for an hour or so and I lost some weight , oh along with modifying my diet too, like I quit soft drinks.

Jeez sometimes I think drinking pop made me want to eat more.

But I love a good Coke with pizza.....that was hard to stop drinking pop with. but I did it over a couple months .

It ended when I thought I would splurge and drink a Coke with a meal, rolls eyes.

But doing that with an aid would prolly do a miracle...of sorts, ya know !

The trouble is with me taking Alps at the end of the day I found it makes me want to start snacking again!!!

Some people say drinking diet drinks can make you eat more too because the stuff in sugar, which should stop you wanting to eat, has been taken out and all you want to do is buffet...There's no winning.

I think it should only be prescribed by a doctor,  it cannot be healthy to take on a long term basis
I think when people get down to their idea weight they have to try and maintain it.
we all love food, but if you imagine yourself naked it would help to put down the fattening food.
