RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - icollect - 06-08-2017 I remember the days of pharmacuticals out of Mexico for a quarter a piece. What I wouldn't give for a Biphetamine B20. RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - Pineapplepen - 06-09-2017 This reminds me back to the doctor for my script I've been out for a few months I definitely have noticed a difference in my energy levels RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - ComeDayGoDay - 06-09-2017 (05-17-2017, 11:27 PM)nickolyko Wrote: Despite talking for phentermine here I can say from personal experience that Ritalin works best for me when I want to cut my appetite and when up that 40 mg I dont want to eat anything at all for days . I wish to know if someone else here ever had the same reaction like mine . I have the same reaction to amphetamines and I have to be careful. I will have no appetite, and I am already at a relatively healthy weight. When on it, I can easily lose about 25 pounds because I'm just not hungry...and I've been told I don't look too healthy either. In the long run, my energy is depleted...and I definitely have to take breaks. It's not healthy for my body, but does indeed help with my inattentive ADD. I try to take it only when needed. I was on Adderall, however, with a prescription. RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - Allday28 - 06-13-2017 Same tbing for me while using Ritalin my appetite is gone. When i wake up in the morning iam starving though.Had to cut back was losing to much weight. RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - nickolyko - 06-19-2017 And what I like most in ritalin is that despite I cut on my calories is that I can still have the right amount of energy to get involved into activities. If on addies for more that few days I feel tired and my body start having ups and downs as well my brain does. It is different I think when you want to remain in shape instead of having to overcome a difficult night shift. But after a while the effects aren't as noticeable. RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - Mad Max - 06-29-2017 Hi FancyFace , sent you a PM. RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - nick222 - 09-08-2018 I'm on week 2 of phen and already have people noticing at work how much I've lost RE: Phentermine / Sibutramine or other diet aids. - nick222 - 09-09-2018 (09-08-2018, 01:15 PM)FormerLurker Wrote:(09-08-2018, 05:36 AM)nick222 Wrote: I'm on week 2 of phen and already have people noticing at work how much I've lostI lift weights more now and you can't just take phen and expect great results - you have to eat healthy and also add in workout. I also go to gym 5-6 days a week and burn 800-1000 on those days on the elliptical. Spend 2-3 hours at gym, lots of stretching but do BS with girls as much as possible by asking them stupid questions on their workout routines. I totally get you, I'm also on a balanced diet- I shop once a week and plan all my meals in advance. The pill just takes away that urge to eat anything that isn't planned for- excess carbs particularly, or to overeat when I know I've had enough. I've been starting exercising again for the first time in a couple of years and while it ain't easy, I can feel improvements already. My doctor told me that she would prescribe it for 3 months so I have to build good habits that I will continue to follow after I stop taking the pill. By no means do I believe it to be a miracle, I just needed a bit of help muting that part of my brain telling me to eat |
