Hello. I have been following this forum for quite some time I find it really helpful. I have struggled with feeling alone and misunderstood....I’m happy to have found a community who understands anxiety and panic attacks and it’s nice to have that support. I hope this can be an new outlet for me. Blue light is a wreck!!!!! Uggghhh
