I believe 19 thru 23 were specifically in re: vendors.
Technically, it is the members of this forum whom will voice their opinions on ur reputation. Even if u are perfect, some will post something negative about you. It is the nature of the Beast.
Don't take it to heart if you have done your best. U can learn from comments.
