I have a friend with a expensive vaporiser for weed,the stuff that is left over after vaping can be used to make edibles i think.
Since i cut out smoking hand rolled cigs of around 25-30 a day and started vaping i have lost that smokers cough i had,lungs are a lot better.
My juice is 80% VG and 20% PG,those who got ill,was it from cheap nasty e juice or was it home made,not totally sure but,i think there may be only 1 case of a person dying that was blamed on vaping here in the UK,again,not totally sure.
Compared to tobacco and all the chemicals in the stuff,i'm sticking to vaping.
Vaping thc juice is great but wish price would come down,its very discreet,if i could sit in a movie theatre seat to actually watch a movie i'd go at a quiet time and sit at the back n vape the thc,it doesn't even smell.

Seems to be this is a result of counterfeit products (at least unless anyone has an update on that situation) and banning them will only make things worse

Was talking about this with a friend last night,he is well up on vaping,he's going to email some interesting stuff about all this,basically its folk putting dodgy stuff into liquid,i have only just woke up and will post what he sends me later,its quite interesting.

This was a small part in the email he got from a UK e-liquid company recently,i def dont want to be vaping a substance used in cosmetics-skin product industry,crazy how this has been blown out of all proportions on both sides of the pond.
Didnt Trumph announce all flavoured liquids were being banned and only tobacco flavors were going to be available ?
Some ill informed politician here said something similar.
This is part of the email-
"Specifically about the health problems of vapers in the USA, all available information indicates that these individuals were vaping THC oil (cannabis oil) and also some of the oils had added Vitamine E Acetate.
Vitamine E Acetate is an additive used in the skin product industry, and has nothing to do with vaping. Illicit e-liquid manufacturers in the USA added it to cannabis liquids for vaping because it makes the cannabis oil thicker and easier to vape."

It always surprise to me the smoking, vaping, etc. You are making a combustion inside your body
, definitive, the body is not make for it . For me, is like trying to breath under the water .

You'd drown within minutes breathing under water,iv'e been vaping for 4 years,aint drowned yet,never felt like i was going to drown,vaping doesn't produce smoke like tobacco does.Vapour,hence the term,vaping.

That's what I've been hearing from my friends in both the cannabis and e-cigarette industries. AFAIK it's limited to counterfeit thc cartridges. It's sad that the knee jerk reaction is to ban a legitimate product because of counterfeits (which only exist because of prohibition in non-lethal areas)

So flavours with the exception of tobacco flavour are banned in some states/or all states?
I should search this out really.

anything we put in to our selves, our bodies, our skin etc that is not natural -- just google what toxic materials could exist in makeup for example "what does not come from us" is already an adulterant. I mean look at it this way, how did we discover what is edible and what is not -- we used the trial and error method (years ago- as scavengers -- it must be a shame of how many people passed just attempting to find a decent diet -- fast forward we are aware now of what foods are edible and what is toxic.)
All in all, you need to just understand that anything you put inside your body is not natural and could have some sort of recourse or cause a negative effect.
I strongly believe that as humans we need to do our own due diligence, we should not just run with a crowd or just assume something is safe because it is being marketed.
Marketing / Health / Body Toxicology although should be related, are completely not related and unregulated. -- Therefore never assume anything is "safe" -- and perhaps always be skeptical.
When it comes to vaping, I look at it as harm reduction - for perhaps users who cannot stop smoking - not as a means of getting away with n!cotine abuse.
and I sure as heck do not understand why the younger generations are being pulled into this market, a market they do not understand.

Its the only thing thats really helped me get away from that awful chain smoking coughing mess i was,yeah,i dont get why some just start on it when they aint even hooked on cigs,maybe its peer pressure amongst younger folk,bit like the peer pressure that led to kids like me starting on the cigs.
Everyone else was doing it so why not?We make stupid decisions all our lifes,everyone.
Some think its all grown up looking,silly but it happens.
