Tips to stay secure from "Big Brother."
VPN (Virtual Private Network).
Onion Router
Throwaway email (use a password that isn't attached to anything else.)
Throwaway phone (Do your research.)
Walmart prepaid visa
Finally, I'd recommend a different password for every site you use.
