DMAA can do wonders as well. It is a dietary suppressant stimulant which gives you a lot of focus in the gym. You can find it online with a simple google search!

Not all or most people have the same reaction as I do it is just my experience I post here .

Hi there! I found your post interesting. I just wanted to inquire on the dosage that worked for you. I’m not looking to lose weight, but the curb in appetite sounds appealing. This may sound strange, but sometimes I find myself so busy that just having to stop and find something to eat just gets in the way of my ‘to do’ list, especially if I have to work that afternoon. Especially the focus and energy to get things done in a short amount of time. I have a lot on my plate and always like to be ‘the hero’ in getting it all done. I drink coffee but that can sometimes hinder my motivation because the caffeine will sometimes make me scatterbrained rather than productive. Thanks!!

I cannot touch stimulants for whatever reason, anything amph3t@m1ne based is absolutely horrible for me. Generally speaking I'm really only aware of ph3ntermine and the reason people gain weight after stopping is because they never really made any true lifestyle changes. To be successful you have to actively commit to fitness and dietary changes. Otherwise you'll lose the weight and then upon discontinuation you will be right back where you started.

@Charon is correct though - most people I've seen use Phentermine with or without HCG have huge success.
WHERE CAN YOU OBTAINED ONLINE BELVIQ? THAT IS THE ONLY SUCCESS MY FRIEND HAS HAD AND CANT GET IT ANYWHERE/

THanks, whitney

I have noticed that lorcaserin (Belviq) generics are getting popular on the steroid sites these days. Can't say I've tried it tbh. Have been on phentermine in the past- got bad insomnia and super horny for the first two weeks, then for about a month I would just eat when it was time to eat- like losing the part of your brain that tells you you're hungry.

Six weeks in stopped working for me. Luckily I had joined a gym during those first two amped-up weeks because I felt like a superhero, kept going and ended up losing 80 pounds. 4 years later had my heart broken and put most of it back on. Working on getting back on track but I have other issues to work out first.

I tried that once. Couldn't get over the shakes even at the lowest dose I could cut the pill down to.

RE: Opinions on weight loss pills - Glousck - 10-01-2018

There are many anecdotal reports of meds such as Ephedrine reducing the frequency and intensity of a person's appetite, which obviously leads to weight loss. But there are two issues with this - firstly, at what cost does this weight loss come at, and secondly, is this sustainable? I don't find satisfactory answers for either once you apply a bit of common sense. Let's say I take Ephedrine for 3 months, lose that annoying 10lbs, and reach my goal weight. Now what? Do I carry on taking Ephedrine to further induce weight loss or sustain my current weight? Do I try to stop taking it, which of course leads to your appetite being ravenous from having been suppressed for the last three months? And perhaps my quality of life is no better since irritability and anxiousness are two (of many) side effects listed. So I'm irritable, I end up gaining weight as soon as I spot taking the drug and I've lost $50. Or I continue taking the drug, keep the weight off but stay anxious from the side effects.

Unfortunately you can't buy discipline, self-control or motivation which are all fundamental to achieving a healthy body size. In today's society where we can gain instant gratification through social media and purchase items in Amazon through only one click, it's unsurprising that weight loss is another area on people's lives where folks want a quick shortcut to achieve their goals. But sustainable weight loss with healthy eating and exercise is always a much more realistic way to achieve your goals as opposed to using drugs to get there, only to find yourself back at square 1 once they wear off or you run out. It's not fun to only lose half a pound or a pound a week but it's what will keep the weight away long-term.

I was always on the generic for Tenuate 25mg three times a day 30 minutes before meals. That stuff worked great! Haven't seen it anywhere on here. Had to change doctors and my new one wouldn't prescribe that for me but would prescribe phentermine 37.5 mg and told me to cut it in half and take half in the morning and half late afternoon. I see nothing from that even though he said they were equivalent. Undecided
