Deal with macro mass in email. Don't put up your phone number. use 1,2,3,4,5,6.
He will not call you. He won't change method of payment.
Make sure you follow the instructions throughout this thread. Scammers are everywhere now.

Update: Unfortunately, still no magazine after 6-weeks. There are tracking issues at the moment and things seem to be a bit of a mess.
communication with @macro has been excellent as always. A little bit disappointed with the situation but hoping things work out soon.
