and why are tv stations or networks or whatever they call themselves now, why in god's name can they still advertise all the glory that is in Roundup weed killer? Why u will have a beautiful lawn to be buried in. And i am sure if you have children, they too can be worried in a lush green lawn of cancer and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
I detest seeing those rat bastards advertise on discovery and history channels and no one seems to give a damn.
My mother was as pale as i am. Blonde Irish. And she never went into sun. But she did venture out to garden. When not bad sun cuz she was terrified of facial cancer as she developed it five times. they burned it off. So, it was not sun. She avoided it like the plague. However, she gardened with some version of weed killer. And the five spots on her face that developed cancer, are five spots she had a habit of touching. I am sure the poison on her gardening gloves went into her skin. sorry. i just figured that out now. OT/
More litigation will begin. Or start to take down the company hopefully after they secure enough for the injured.
And they still advertise this poison so your lawn will be the belle of the ball. Disgusting.

And, now big pharma is saying no need to take a low dosage aspirin a day. They were usually Bayer aspirin people got to help their hearts. Not anymore I read. Shame for bayer to take two hits. But the real shame is the depraved indifference to human life these people exhibit.
The Judge already lowered the award to the man. And i suspect it will go down more. If he only used Roundup in the care of his lawn for his life, and not eighteen hrs a day working in the field, and he still was awarded such a high amount, every lawyer and his brother will start the class action law suits. I recall when a young teen i won a percentage of a penny from a class action suit. Don't forget, when they start, it is the lawyers whom make the most money. And, if u r damaged and participate in said suit, u do give up ur rites to pursue further action against the company if and when new symptoms develop. As they do.
I am sorry for the asides in your wonderful thread. Very important to learn. But i cannot but help to think that many an autoimmune illness began when they messed with vaccinations. and we don't know one/one hundredths of what was done as experiments on our generations. I know the military men had awful experiments done on them. but, the truth wont be online, but i do wonder when they first knew how dangerous this product was? And how many others are as dangerous? In our water, our air, the stuff we think is a healthy drink. Or, healthy food. But they make great profits for the CEOs and until anyone blabs it, we should be good...
So horrific.

"The Last Roundup" very appropriate! I mentioned before that vinegar and lemon juice is a solution, but the off the shelf vinegar is not strong enough (5-10%) There are now vinegar weed killers made with 20% vinegar. And at the HD website they do have it for sale, along with other eco weed killers. Other DIY ones involve using vinegar,soap (to make it stick) and salt. Next time I'm at HD I will look for. Of course the other method would be ........hoola ho!!!

Herbicides & pesticides exist because...…..
1- consumers want their food to be perfect ie. no blemishes for you tomatoes or apples etc....
2- famers want a higher yield for their crops- ie more bushels per acre more cash
3- we don't want any of those pesky 'bugs' invading our homes/workplaces ie bedbugs, fleas etc.
If we do not want perfect food at low prices, then we can get rid of Herbicides & pesticides- but that ain't happening soon.
As the world population continues to rise << now 7 billion and counting >> = we need more food to be produced per acre because...……
well all the available arable land is already in use...……… you have no alternative to more per acre...
AND with global warming the arable land is shrinking and/or unavailable due to drought/war etc....
SO we have to change our approach to how we produce our food, and what we expect to pay for that food- if there is more spoilage due to crop disease pests etc.
What is there to help you ask??? << yeah I can hear you asking >>
Well there is GMO crops which are modified to resist crop spoilage due to disease, or pests- BUT that's a whole different thread there////////////
So when you shop for your weekly groceries ask yourself what you want for your food, and how much you are willing to sacrifice for it.
