Daily stresses for people with what ever life trows at you - Nonoo - 11-12-2015
I taught i would start a thread for members to vent there problems ,stresses.and all negative feelings .
I will start by saying im.going through a really tough time of late and its the extra little support from my good friends .Charon,Athena .kitty .to mention a few and many more that help me get through each day .
I can't ever thank them enough and hope that some day I will the shoulder they lean on.

Thanks folks i spent the day with my youngest daughter . She.s kind.caring.and well Mannered .She only 10 prepubesent but she is turning into a lovely likable young lady .
With a heart of gold i gave her some pocket money as we went to the local shopping district . We passed a disabled man collecting money for an organisation . She gave him quiet a large portion of the pocket money i had given her . I was so proud that at 10 years old she could emptatize/sympathise with the man collecting money.
So proud .and was totally blind to the mans disfigurement .im so proud

Nonoo, sounds like you have a lovely, kind little girl. Â You must be doing a lot of things the right way. Â I remember reading about the things you're dealing with. Â It kind of sucks. Â Please remember- when you're tempted to lose it- that you are the reason that your daughter gave her spending money to someone less fortunate. Â She is modeling YOUR behavior and example. Â Hang in there.

i was so proud of her ,so selfless , the love from a child really is unconditional , she,s a pleasure to be around .and thanks buddy for your support of late is very much appreciated and will always be remembered

you have an absolutely wonderful daughter....you are obviously doing a fine job raising her and should take great pride in her generous and kind actions....I have a son who is a grown man with a family of his own and for all of my faults as a father, he somehow turned out very well and even blessed me with two most wonderful grandchildren...

Snappy, I can relate to your post. Â Raised two fine young by myself. Â I'm certain that I made mistakes but I worked my butt off to support them and I adore them. Â Now, 4 beautiful, perfect grands. Â Being a g'mom is the best gig, ever!

We all get down upon occasion ...it is part of living. Sometimes it just doesn't want to let go I know.
I have whined about my stressors lately and lamented them....I am going to make an attempt to stop it though.
Harley I can relate to what you said about not revealing what is inside the cake. I hide my inside stuff a lot.

Hello Nonoo. I am very impressed with the generosity & compassion your daughter shows. You have done a terrific job with her.
Hi Kittycat. Your daughter sounds wonderful. Enjoy every minute with her. Time passes so quickly, the next thing you know she will be out making her way in the world. I am suffering with empty nest syndrome since my 29 yr old son moved to Colorado this week. It hurts me so much not to have him living with me. But I had to let go & respect his decision to start a new life for himself. I know in my heart that he made the right decision for himself but the pain I feel now is overwhelming for me.
I have depression & anxiety for which I take medication for. It usually helps me but lately I am having a real tough time dealing with life. My doctor is making some changes in the meds I take & I am hoping that will help me.

Lately, my anxiety is related to my husband's bad moods. Â He gets frustrated with daily stresses, and he doesn't have an alternate outlet to vent. Â He will stomp around the house, slam doors, yell and curse. Â
I try to ignore it if he doesn't accept my support and comfort. Â But it gets to me. Â I have PTSD, and these behaviors trigger me. Â I have been having increased frequency of nightmares, and this means my PTSD is not as controlled as I had thought.
