Hi there A bit about me - alexander1st - 03-30-2016
Hi all am looking forward to getting to know you all & Am hoping to make new friend's from all over the world,
I suffer from Anxitey ocd thought's & can't get over the past,
I've been very unwell for 6+ months losing a lot of weight for Unknown reasons so just trying to get my life back on track,
I have joined this forum to be part of a a friendly group of people who some have the same lifestyle I have & same issue's for the last decade or 2,Â
Am easygoing & loyal i used to enjoy soccer Thai boxing & mma before knee injuries & health issues,
hopefully I can learn from other members & hopefully I can help With issues on subject's that I know a lot about,
My ocd thought's can come in handy lol I do a lot of research into matters when needed ocd thoughts are not always bad lol,
Please help me stay in line with rules of the forum,
I hope this is ok introduction of myself,Â
I hope To start joining in on subject's very soon & most important of all building good friendship's,

Welcome aboard Alexander! There's a wealth of information about anxiety disorders here, you'll find that many of us suffer from them.

Good you found us, maybe together we can do something about the condition you seem to suffer with.... Hit the "Lounge" and find "Cafe Linville"... A lot of great folks visit there...
