First glance, this site looks legit. Although it is eerily similar to Macro Mass site. Only thing that makes me worried is a fear sites that offer perc0ce1s and OC80. I may just be me and the may just be legit. I would try a sample order for anything but these two candys and see how it goes. I looks like you can get out for pretty cheap on a sample pack.
I will say there shipping cost are a little outrageous.

if it is done up to look like macro mass, then it is totally a scam.

In all my years, i have not heard one good thing about tallenj.com.
However, names of vendors are sold. As is their customer list.
This could be a newbie taking over the failed business of tallenj.
U got him answering and agreeable. Maybe let him know u posted, and unless we hear he delivers, he will remain in IOPList.org's blacklist.

However, holidays are an awful time to order. Particularly this year for reasons unknown. Even vendors are sharing with me that this year is brutal with orders being delayed. Or, confiscated.
Keep ur hope up. Unless and until u receive letter of interdiction or he stops communicating with u, u still have hope.
But, try telling him the admin (of of two)of IOPlist.org has him on her blacklist.
We await your receipt. Elsewise, he remains in blacklist till pigs fly.
Good luck. Don't give up hope yet.
Its holiday traffic. But, a forum can give u power. He can get a ton of clients here.

May u receive. And, may the vendor learn that words on an ethical forum can make or break his fledging career.

The person whom put this vendor up never returned. well, they returned in October but have not posted since May.
We have this in the blacklist so that u all do not order.
Sometimes, another country can receive. ONLY.
But, in this case, We do not suggest one order from a vendor in our blacklist. They are there for a good reason.

This site looks EXACTLY like a copy of Macro's site. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck....Def a blacklist.
