People are going to do what people are going to do.. I don't give a fat rat's a$$ what laws they pass, it will never stop people from doing what they want to do... Take away all "Big Pharma" metered doses and some backroom chemist will concoct some fascimillie of it to sell... No reguard for human life, only the $$'s ...
Big Pharma makes real stuff... Exact amount doses... Consistant ... Everytime!! They've spent tons of money to create the market and the machines it takes to make the exact batch... Everytime... The same...
Now Joe Blow comes along .. Sees a void to fill, finds somewhat "suitable" mixture (or not) and makes "his version" of whatever and this is what comes of that!!
It's a controlled substance (not very well I may add) , but all in all it is consistanty made... So by stopping the "legal" avenues, the powers that be, open the door to countless "experiments" to be conducted on the general public... Not to see if it works... No, just for a buck...
Again the very government we have in place to protect us, concentrates of crap that doesn't amount to a fart in the wind and leaves us to our own posion...

Again, you need look nor further back than Prohibition and bathtub gin. Lots of people died from drinking various concoctions, even wood alcohol. There are already lots of experimental mixes out there, some are responsibly developed and manufactured; some are not. They are called research chemicals. Start granting monopoly privileges to Big Pharma, and creating laws to pacify media hysteria and watch the growth of a UTube genre called "Making Pain Killers Using Common Garden Chemicals."

Other than not buying street valium, and looking for blue mouths, is there anything distinguishing about the pills? The photo shows M&A Pharmaceuticals D10s (the MA logo looks like WW, so they are sometimes called WW D10s). However, I think it might just be a stock photo rather than the ones in question.
In the interests of harm reduction, does anyone know more?
My advice is street valium tends to be bad news.

I noticed the WW mark on those tabs as well,think its a stock photo,only time i have heard of etizolam being used in street diaz was with the msj brand,but with these god knows,some folk will sell anything to make some money.It can't be just etizolam thats causing this spate of deaths though can it?
It would have helped if they had shown a real photo of these dodgey pills.
Thankfully i have not had anything that turned my mouth blue.
Sometimes the language that comes from my mouth is blue but thats about it.
Think we have sources on here that we are better sticking to.

Agreed. Etizolam has a lot in common with benzos, which are incredibly hard to overdose on. I checked and the LD50 for etizolam and it is a bit lower than benzos, but still a lot of headroom for safety. I can't believe that alone would kill people. There must be something else in there (or they combined with a lot of alcohol - just a guess).
With the sources here, no one needs to be buying bathtub street valium when you can buy real medicine.

This is barely related, but funny, so I'll relate it.
My ex is a pediatric nurse practitioner. She serves a community with a large population lots of minorities in a clinic that gives help to those with little or nor insurance.
A few years ago, she and her colleagues noticed that growing number of kids coming in had pronounced orange/yellow coloring to their mouths and tongues. So they tried to see if they could come up with some medical connections. Before long it became clear that the kids all had a heavy "Cheeto" monkey on their backs.

hi spanky. i just checked out news from our side about this. they are claiming the women added subotex? to the Blue Valium. They are actually called Blue Valium. Shipped from china, P, the big I.
It is meant to look like valium. the pic i saw was too dark that it looked like a dark pebble. it cannot be the real pic.
Totally frightening as so many of us would feel safe using one valium.
It is just such a frightening concept.
