Hi all, I have been reading this forum for while and decided I should register and start contributing. I have GAD, and often use this site to find answers to my questions. Thanks for all the helpful info you've put together here. I hope my posts will add to your awesome community.

I have GAD too. I also have social anxiety and depression. UGH!

thank you all for the warm welcomes. hope your holiday weekends are going well (if you're in the states). Following rules has never been one of my stregnths, so apologies in advance for my mistakes, but the "board rules" look reasonable, and I'm doing my best to follow em, thanks for the links.
